- Original labels and tags are attached
- Return request is made within 7 days of delivery
- Product is not damaged due to customer mishandling

- Products with broken seals or opened packaging
- Products that have been used or partially consumed
- Products damaged by customer after delivery
- Products without original packaging or labels
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
- Customized or personalized products
4. Return Process
Follow these steps to initiate a return:

Provide Order Details
Share your order number, product details, and reason for return. Attach photos if the product is damaged or defective.
Receive Return Authorization
Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) within 1-2 business days.
Package the Product
Securely pack the product in its original packaging with all accessories, labels, and documentation. Include the RAN.
Ship the Return
Send the package via our designated courier partner. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for defective products.
Receive Refund/Exchange
Once we receive and inspect the product, we'll process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
5. Refund Methods
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original purchase:
- Cash on Delivery: Bank transfer or store credit
- Credit/Debit Card: Refund to the original card (5-10 business days)
- Bank Transfer: Refund to the same bank account (3-5 business days)
- Digital Wallet: Refund to the same wallet (1-3 business days)
Refunds include the product price. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
6. Exchanges

- Change of Mind: Customer bears return shipping costs

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

- Do not use or open the product
- We will arrange for a free return pickup
- You will receive a full refund or replacement at no additional cost
- Shipping charges will be fully refunded
